Tressis

The impact of Virtual Worlds and social networks in online communication, marketing and entertainment increases. With a team of 7 New Media professionals, Tressis wants to be part of these developments with projects and services. As a start, in the second quarter of 2008, we will launch three web community’s.

Tracing Vincent

Tracing Vincent is the web community about Vincent van Gogh. It provides information about the life and work of Vincent van Gogh and offers a platform for Van Gogh fans from all over the world. The Tracing Vincent forum is a meeting place where everybody can share and exchange opinions and facts about the artist and his paintings.

Virtual Starry Night

Since last year, Tressis is well known as Second Life developer of Virtual Starry Night, a permanent exhibition of Vincent van Gogh's work. This permanent exhibition not just shows the works of the Dutch painter gathered from all around the ‘real’ world, but also presents a growing number of paintings in 3-dimensional form. Hence, visitors can literally 'step into' a Van Gogh masterpiece.

Virtual Starry Night became one of the biggest art-related areas of Second Life, and a well known and highly respected project in the international cultural and educational scenes.

Virtual Starry Night still develops.
