Peach Tree in Blossom

When Van Gogh lived in Arles in 1888, the weather turned mild in March. Vincent started working outside in the changing landscape where all trees (plum, apricot, pear, apple, and cherry) were in bloom. He painted several paintings of a flowering peach tree.

Bathroom and Peach Tree

Such a happy painting! My parents actually have tiles with this Peach Tree in the bathroom. Very pretty.. Too bad the builders didn't recongnize It was a Peach Tree of Vincent and places the tiles upside down in our bathroom.. :S

I didn´t know it until i visited the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, but when i saw it, I love it... this is my prefer painting of Van Gogh.
